1. We will meet you at one of the available meeting points (see possible meeting points at important details and select the one that best suits you when booking) to begin your off-road adventure, here a guide will ask you for the remaining balance.
2. The journey will begin by hopping in your ATV having the time of your life on this off-road vehicle, going up hills and dirtying your shoes.
3. Before spending some time on the Clear Boat, you’ll check out an authentic Tequilera on a tour where you’ll learn everything about the process of making such a divine beverage, then tasting said drink.
4. It’s time to board the clear boat, and the guide will explain safety measures and protocols you'll have to follow, such as always using your life vest.
5. The guide will hand you your equipment and it’s time to jump in the water, this part will last approximately 15-25 minutes, and then you’ll be asked to board back up and head to the dock.
6. Afterwards, it’s time to head to Playa Uvas, where you’ll be able to use the beach club’s facilities, 30 minutes of a snorkeling guided tour, 30 minutes of kayak use, and much more.

3. Under the Swallows Monument for passengers coming from the Ferry Pier, downtown, and mainland.

• In case of intoxication, being under the influence of drugs or not respecting the staff and their instructions, we will not allow you to take part in the activity and no refund will be made.
• IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting the environment and Cozumel’s vast coral reefs, therefore, the use of any type of sunscreen, sunblock, or suntan lotion which could eventually make its way into the ocean is no longer allowed.
• ATV portion of this tour is always on double ATV’s.
• This tour isn’t private.

• All drivers must have a valid driver's license and be at least 16 years old. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Tequila tasting is only permitted for travelers at least 18 years old.
• Not permitted for children under 7 years.
• Maximum weight for ATVs: 185 kg.

• Bring cash and/or, credit cards

• FREE cancellation and full refund must be notified with a minimum of 24 hours prior to your tour time, if it is made in less than 24 hours in advance, booking fees cannot be refunded.
• If you show up under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we will not allow you to take part in the activity and we will not issue a refund.
• If you do not show up at the scheduled meeting time, there will be neither rescheduling nor refunding.
