Cleanse your body and spirit with this ancient steam therapy used by the original cultures in Mesoamerica: Olmecs, Mayan, Toltecs, Aztecs, and so on. As part of the cooling down process, you are invited to bathe in the swimming pool only steps from the Temazcal or rinse off in a freshwater shower.

- We'll meet you outside the planetarium Cha’an Ka’an, where your guide will pick you up and collect your remaining balance.
- The distance between the planetarium and the temazcal location is only 200 meters, approximately 10 minutes on foot, so we’ll walk together.
- Once you’re at the temazcal, the ritual begins. You’ll enter the hut, and it’s time to let the warmth heal you.
- When your guide deems it right, he’ll ask you to step out of the hut and jump in the pool to cool down.
- After the ritual, you’ll enjoy fresh fruit and talk about the experience.

- The remaining balance must be paid in cash to your guide on the tour day.
- In case of intoxication, being under the influence of drugs, or not respecting the staff and their requests, we won’t allow you to take part in the activity, and a refund will not be held.
- For cruise ship passengers: All reservations are based on LOCAL TIME, which is not always the same as your cruise ship; please be aware of this when making a reservation.
- For mainland passengers: It’s very important that you arrive with enough time to board the ferry; if you fail to do so and miss it, we won’t be able to reschedule, and there will be no refund.

- FREE cancelation and full refund if notified with a minimum of 24 hours of your tour time, if done with less than 24 hours the reservation fees cannot be refunded.
- In case of showing up under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we won’t permit you to partake in the activity and will not issue a refund.
- If you fail to show up at the meeting time established, there will be no reschedule or refund.
- For cruise ship passengers: If your cruise ship delays, the activity will be automatically rescheduled for a new time or date of arrival. A full refund will be issued if there’s a problem with the cruise ship and it fails to dock.
